< 300 CFS
(Chill/Lazy Float)
Ideal for ages 6+ with adult supervision. When the Truckee hits the low 300s, you will have more rock-dodging. Expect a slower pace, a few tube bumps, and plenty of laughs along the way!
300 - 600 CFS
(Moderate Adventure)
Ages 8-10+ who can swim comfortably on their own and are physically active. When the Truckee drops below 400 CFS, the river gets a little bumpy, more rocks start to peek out and say hello. You might have to give your tube a push, and enjoy a slightly longer (and more adventurous!) float.
600 CFS+ (Fast and Adventurous)
For ages 12+ who are physically active and comfortable in swift water. Participants should be confident swimmers and able to respond quickly in moving currents. Minors need to be with parent or legal guardian.
