1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a reservation, purchasing a ticket, or participating in any Float Reno (“we,” “us,” “our”) activity, you (“you,” “guest,” “participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Float Reno provides all‑inclusive river tubing experiences on the Truckee River, including tubes, life vests, helmets (for minors; optional for adults), shuttle transportation, and access to the RiverNav app (“Services”). Specific inclusions may vary by package and season.
3. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 10 years old.

Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Participants must be able to swim or comfortably float with a personal flotation device.
4. Booking & Payment
All reservations must be made through floatreno.com or an authorized sales channel. Full payment is due at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or refuse any booking at our discretion.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled launch for a full refund. Cancellations made 24–48 hours prior receive a 50 % refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 24 hours, no‑shows, or late arrivals. To cancel, email info@floatreno.com with your reservation number.
6. Check‑In, Launch & Gear Return
Arrive at the designated Welcome Center at least 1 hour before your float time. All guests must complete a mandatory pre‑float safety briefing. Gear must be returned to the Float Concierge by 7 p.m. on the day of rental. Late or unreturned items are subject to replacement fees (see Section 9).
7. Safety Rules & Participant Responsibilities

Life jackets are mandatory for all guests while on the water.

Helmets are mandatory for minors, optional for adults.

No glass bottles or Styrofoam coolers.

Alcohol consumption must comply with Nevada state law; intoxicated guests will be denied service without refund.

Follow staff instructions and posted river guidelines at all times.
8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
River tubing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to changing water conditions, submerged objects, sun exposure, and weather events. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks and release Float Reno, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, death, property loss, or damages arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Rental Equipment Care & Damage Fees
You are responsible for all rented equipment. Replacement fees (plus applicable tax) will be charged to the credit card on file for lost, stolen, or damaged gear. Current replacement costs are available at checkout and may change without notice.
10. Weather, River Conditions & Force Majeure
Float Reno may postpone, reschedule, or cancel trips due to unsafe river flow, severe weather, wildfire smoke, or other events beyond our control. If we cancel for such reasons, you will receive the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future date.
11. Conduct & Prohibited Activities
We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior endangers themselves or others or violates these Terms. No refunds will be issued to guests removed for misconduct.
12. Media Release
Float Reno may capture photos or videos during activities. By participating, you grant us the right to use your likeness in promotional materials without further permission or compensation unless you opt out in writing before your trip.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on floatreno.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Float Reno or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
14. Third‑Party Links
Our website may contain links to third‑party sites. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for these sites or their content.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Float Reno and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or breach of these Terms.
16. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Float Reno disclaims all implied warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washoe County, Nevada, unless a small‑claims court has jurisdiction.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
